We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Account Executive on behalf of our client – a global leader in the financial technology sector to join their Prague-based team. This role plays a critical part in managing and expanding relationships with existing enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, a consultative approach, and the ability to drive value for both the client and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients
  • Lead regular communication, including preparation and delivery of quarterly business reviews
  • Track and report program performance and customer success metrics
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Strategic Sales Operations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (sales, product, implementation, support) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare pricing and commercial proposals aligned with internal guidelines
  • Maintain accurate account data and activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Represent the company at selected industry events and conferences

Požadavky

Education & Experience

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, strategic sales, or client success
  • Background in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, Supply Chain Finance (SCF), or Trade Finance
  • Experience managing renewals and subscription-based models for enterprise software solutions

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client relationships
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with KPIs and financial metrics
  • Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate resources across departments
