Sales Manager – Automotive

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a technical background who combines business acumen with operational insight. Ideally, you come from the automotive industry, internal quality departments, or engineering service providers.

Your key responsibilities:

• Managing and developing existing business relationships
• Acquiring and developing new customers in the region
• Participating in business meetings
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives
• Creating sales forecasts and setting performance targets
• Conducting market analyses to identify customer needs and develop pricing proposals
• Analyzing sales statistics
• Preparing sales presentations for key clients in collaboration with operational management
• Coordinating the interface between the sales department and other departments
• Preparing regular sales reports demonstrating sales performance, potential sales, and proposals for client base expansion
• Monitoring and evaluating competitor activities

We’re looking for:

• Strong technical background (ideally in automotive, quality, or engineering services)
• Sales experience with B2B or service-based solutions
• Excellent communication skills with a flexible, consultative approach
• Strategic thinking with an operational mindset
• Fluent Czech and English (both spoken and written)
• Driving license (B) and willingness to travel frequently across the Czech Republic
