Production Supervisor with English – Digital printing

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor who can lead a team, ensure smooth production, and communicate in English within an international environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead a team of ~30 operators
• Ensure quality and timely production (KPIs, productivity, scrap rates)
• Plan shifts and workforce capacity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S)
• Monitor production performance and machine efficiency (OEE)
• Report to the Production Manager

Your profile:

• Experience in manufacturing/production environment
• Knowledge of Lean principles (e.g. 5S, Kaizen) is an advantage
• Team leadership skills
• Communicative English
• Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
