We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Engineer to join an international company operating at the forefront of industrial automation and high-tech solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and growing your customer portfolio
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
  • Building long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Understanding customer needs and proposing tailored technical solutions
  • Conducting product presentations and live demonstrations on-site
  • Consulting, negotiating, and supporting customers throughout the sales process
  • Managing and organizing your own customer meetings and business activities
  • 2 days per week in the office, focusing on lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach
  • 3 days per week visiting customers and conducting business meetings across your region

Požadavky

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Technical education, technical mindset, or strong interest in technology
  • Excellent Slovak language skills (C2) and good command of English (B2)
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
  • Interest in customer-facing work and business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation, proactive attitude, and willingness to achieve ambitious goals
  • Desire to continuously learn and develop expertise in innovative technologies
